Who We Are

This website is operated by Baraa Noura, The Oasis Specialist, a real estate broker with AX CAPITAL Real Estate (BRN 70439), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us: your name, phone number and email address, and the details you enter in a form, such as your preferred cluster, bedrooms, budget or a message. This includes the Buyer Guide download, the Valoria waitlist, the contact and services forms, the calculators' PDF downloads, the Sell With Me form and the newsletter.

The site also remembers a few preferences in your own browser, such as whether you've already seen the newsletter card. Construction videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which may set its own cookies when you play a video.

How We Use It

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, send you the documents you requested, share villa options and market updates you've asked for, and keep a record of our conversations. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where It's Stored

Form entries are stored securely in Google Sheets, and conversations continue on WhatsApp or by email. Information may be shared with AX CAPITAL Real Estate where needed to handle your enquiry or a transaction.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your details only for as long as needed to help you with your property needs, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your Rights
